The hotel was renovated in 2005, has 33 plants with a total of 294 rooms, 49 suites and 4 adapted for people with disabilities. The suites are decorated with original works of art pieces and very old. In the broad entrance hall there lifts and a reception area 24 hours a day, offering a currency exchange. The building is air-conditioned and has several shops, a souvenir shop, a hairdresser, a bar, three theatre rooms and a restaurant with non-smoking area and highchairs for children. Also offered 10 conference rooms and Internet connection wirelessly. Room service (24 hours) and laundry all these benefits. Guests may park their vehicle in the parking lot or garage of the hotel.

The Yorkville shopping district of the Royal Ontario Museum and the mall Eaton are 10 minutes walking, CN Tower in 25 minutes and the Art Gallery of Ontario about 30 minutes. Also, nearest the lake is also situated half-hour walk. At 35 kilometers, you will find Pearson airport.
