We are pleased to announce that Cancun Palace now offers scheduled transportation to the Moon Palace Golf and Spa Resort. The transportation schedule that is currently available to our guests is as follows:

The 601 rooms feature fabrics in creamy hues and light colored walls and floors. Here a standard amenity means a double Jacuzzi, flat screen LCD TV with satellite, turndown service, liquor dispenser, and bathrobes and slippers. But the most important amenity of all: the ocean view included in most of the rooms.

Relax by day at any of the pools or around the spectacular beach or you can work out at the resort’s fitness center. With kids happily engaged in the activities at the kids and teens club, some parents may opt for a pampering experience at the spa or an exciting tennis match.

Guests staying can now visit the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort with the new complimentary scheduled transportation. Following are the scheduled departure and return times:

2nd departure From Cancun Palace at 1:00pm and Sun Palace at 1:15pm

Some restaurants may require reservations and expect appropriate dress. Consult the Hotel for hours of operation, reservation policies and dress codes.

A special menu was implemented at all pool snack bars. This menu changes on a daily basis providing a variety each day of the week.

Reservations can now be made for the Teppanyaki tables (Japanese-style grill) at Miyako restaurant at Cancun Palace. The reservations desk is located in the lobby by the Check-out desk. Please note that reservations will only be taken for the Teppanyaki tables and are only accepted directly at the resort.

A credit card imprint or cash deposit is required at time of check-in for telephone and incidental charges.

Spring Break Policy
Hotel will accept individual student bookings and group bookings all year.
A refundable cash deposit of $100 per person is required at time of check in.
Any credit cards used must be issued in guest's name.
Guests may be required to sign agreement/list of rules at check in.
One chaperone over the age of 25 must accompany groups for every 20 students.
