Hotel Deposit Requirements
A credit card imprint or cash deposit is required at time of check-in for telephone and incidental charges.

Hotel Spring Break Policy and Student/Youth Policy (valid year long)
* Hotel will accept individual student bookings all year.
* Upon check-in, guests will be required to purchase an insurance policy in the amount of $25 USD. This policy is mandatory, per person, and nonrefundable.
* Any credit cards used must be issued in guest's name. Credit cards issued to anyone else other than the guest are not accepted in Mexico.
* Guests may be required to sign agreement/list of rules at check in.
* Minimum age requirement is 18. Any guests under the age of 18 require a chaperone. The minimum age for a chaperone is 23.
