At our casual, intimate hideaway, you will wake up to the sound of gently lapping waves and cool sea breezes. From the private balconies or terraces of our deluxe beachfront accommodations, enjoy spectacular views and colorful sunsets, or choose from one of our cheerfully appointed tropical garden rooms. Whatever your choice, our warm and friendly staff will make you feel at home.
Tortola is an ideal location for all types of watersports and activities. Everything from sailing, snorkeling and diving, to surfing, tennis, horseback riding and hiking can be arranged through Sebastian's. We can also assist you with jeep and car rentals - though many of our guests prefer to do nothing more than lie on our beach with a rum punch and a good book. On weekends, at our popular beach bar, you can dance under the stars to the live music of the islands' best fungi & steel bands.

Each room has a/c, a private bath, refrigerator, hot and cold water, and many other amenities for your holiday enjoyment.
Two beachfront rooms have two twin beds, remaining beachfront rooms have a king size bed. Beachrear rooms have one queen size bed and a full size bed.
Beds in the Tropical Yard rooms vary from twin beds up to two queen size beds in family rooms.
We have an internet desk and computer in the commissary for guests use and FREE Wifi access in our restaurant and on the beach patio for laptops!

Sebastian's award winning seaside restaurant is one of the islands' favorite dining spots offering both continental and Caribbean cuisine featuring fresh seafood, steaks and vegetarian dishes. Dine inside for a romantic candle-lit atmosphere or outside on our comfortable palm-fringed terrace. After dinner, treat yourself to a sample of our famous Sebastian's Rum.
