Fisherman's Wharf - A popular rustic restaurant and bar built over water across street below resort. View of downtown Basseterre's lights from open front. Wood building with weathered-wood floors. Ships' flags hanging from ceiling. Picnic tables with cushioned leatherette seats and wood booths. Menu features lobster and grilled fish such as shark, swordfish, tuna, and mahi mahi as well as ribs, steak, chicken, and burgers. Dinner only.

Waterfalls Restaurant - Air-conditioned linen-service dining room and open-air terrace accessible by small bridge spanning rock garden and koi pond. Panoramic sea views. American and West Indian breakfasts including specialty of smoked fish with "flap bread," cream cheese, pickled egg, onion, and ackee fruit. Lunch choices include salads, pasta, fish, jerk ribs, and pizza. The dinner menu features a conch-and-mussels saut?, escargot, roast duck, lobster, fish, steaks, lamb chops, and peppered pork loin with spicy guava sauce.
