Bambou Restaurant - This open air restaurant, located amid the lush tropical gardens, serves full breakfast buffets, luncheon buffets, and Italian-St. Lucian Fusion Cuisine. Reservations are required for dinner, as seating is limited.

The Palms - An open air restaurant serves casual lunches and a la carte dinners. Continental Gourmet Cuisine.

Le Jardin - A smaller and more intimate setting. ala carte dining with unsurpassed elegance and white-glove service. Serving award winning French Creole cuisine. Reservations are required.

Morgan's Pier - An open air restaurant overlooking the water with spectacluar views of the beach and the Caribbean Sea. Serving Seafood a la carte dinners. Reservations are required for dinner, as seating is limited.

The dress code for dinner in all restaurants is casual elegant. Men must wear collared shirts and slacks. No jeans, shorts, tank tops or T-shirts are permitted. Ladies must wear dresses, skirts or slacks. No shorts, cutoffs, or jeans.
