Sugar Beach Resort is located at the base of the West Maui Mountains, right on the shore of beautiful Maalaea Bay. The resort is somewhat secluded, situated in between Kihei and the village of Maalaea. The location of the resort provides a perfect balance, offering oceanfront activities and atmosphere, as well as stunning views of both Haleakala and the West Maui Mountains.
The Sugar Beach Resort grounds occupy about 3 acres of oceanfront real-estate in the middle of a long crescent of sandy beach on Maui's south shore. Each condominium unit has an ocean view, with stunning vistas of the Pacific Ocean sunsets every evening. At the properties makai (ocean side) boundary, it gives way to miles and miles of sandy, sun-drenched beach. If you enjoy going for long, relaxing walks on the beach, Sugar Beach will feel like home.

Deposit of 3 nights is required within 14 days of confirmation to secure reservation. Homes require a 20% deposit.
Full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival and 60 days prior to arrival for Christmas reservations.
Christmas reservations are daily rates only.
Special rates available for 28 day stays or longer.
Check out cleaning included, maid service available at additional charge.
All bookings subject to $25 reservation fee.
Minimum 4 night stay or cleaning fee will be added.
Extra charge for extra persons over stated occupancy.
A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.
All rates and taxes are subject to change.
Rates are per condominium, not per person.
