Description: This may be the most difficult nine holes in Los Cabos. All the par
threees are long and the par fives are unreachable in two shots by all the
longest hitters. From the front tees you have a very friendly course for all
levels of play. One of the first courses built in Los Cabos and originally
operated by Fonatur, the Mexican Tourist Agency. The course has now been taken
over by the Mayan Palace Group who have invested a lot to upgrade the entire
facility. It only has nine holes but is the best value for golf available. You
can play two rounds of nine from different tees and will have had a very good
day of golf!
Recommendations: This tour is well-suited for adults.

included in gree fee, complementary range balls and water. (This is only a 9
hole course, for 18 holes, clients will golf the course twice.)

Golf Around Mayan Palace and Cabo Real Courses

Description: This is a fun but sometimes difficut
course for the average player and a true test for the low handicap golfer. The
course begins with a testing par five that can be reached in two by the long
hitters. Number five requires a tee shot of 230 yards to carry a deep arroyo and
uphill second a shot to a green tucked behingd an other deep arroyo. A par here
is like a birdie! From 80 feet up, you have a twenty mile view of the ocean and
the 12th green which is 200 yards away with the wind blowing. Hit this green and
you deserve a free lunch!
Any trip to Los Cabos should include a day at Cabo Real. There is a well stocked
pro shop and a very friendly and courteous staff.

Golf Around Mayan Palace and Palmilla Courses

Description: The Arroyo nine starts with a few
easy holes but that changes on number four and the test gets harder on the
difficult par four sixth. The seventh is a long par five looks down from an
elevated tee to a narrow fairway that has a 150 foot deep canyon the entire
length of the hole. A carry of 235 yards over an arroyo to an elevated green is
necessary to have a chance at a par three on the eighth hole. The Mountain nine
is the most difficult of the three. You can make an eagle on the par five 4th
whole but it requires a long drive over water and a second shot over more water
to a narrow green. The 5th hole is one of the most challenging par fours in Los
Cabos. A double carry over another deep arroyo may give you a chance at a par.
The ocean nine has a mixture of long difficult par fours and tricky demanding
holes. The ninth lets you choose how much you want to cut of the tee shot as you
cross the arroyo twice before hitting your third shot to a narrow but long
elevated green.
