Accommodations are presented in single-story and three-story buildings, or "casas," encircling the resort grounds along the peninsula's edge. Perched above the beach, all rooms and suites offer a patio or balcony facing out toward the sea, allowing optimum privacy and unobstructed scenic views.

Deluxe Room - Nestled above the picturesque shoreline in Casa Margaritas and Casa Mananitas, these deluxe rooms are ideal for private entertaining, with spacious sitting areas, looking out on the Bay of San Jose and the mountains beyond, and shaded terraces with day beds. One Bedroom Suite - Swaying palms surround these ultra-luxurious accommodations, located in Casa Margaritas and Casa Mananitas. Each features a separate parlor with elegant furnishings and a full wet bar. Sweeping waterscape views are visible from sliding glass doors that lead onto a patio or balcony, furnished with a day bed. The bathroom is appointed with a separate shower and tub and twin vanity sinks.

Deluxe One Bedroom Suite - Located in Casa Mananitas, these deluxe suites offer magnificent views of the sun rising over the Sea of Cortez. In addition, the palapa-style Agua restaurant offers gourmet "Mexiterranean" cuisine amidst panoramic views of the infinity edge pool and the Sea of Cortez.
C: - Celebrated chef Charlie Trotter brings his sublime culinary talents to Los Cabos. True to Trotter's creed that "the best is the only thing good enough," C emphasizes indigenous flavors and the area's freshest regional seafood, in addition to meat and game. A world-class wine list features a wide range of vintages designed to pair effortlessly with the cuisine.
The restaurant offers guests a variety of dining options, including the 110-seat dinner-only main dining room, which showcases two glass enclosed Wine Rooms, a Private Dining Room, a semi- private Cellar Dining Room, and a Chef's Kitchen Table in the show kitchen.
The Private Dining Room, seating 10, and invitation-only Chef's Kitchen Table, seating eight, both serve Charlie Trotter's signature "degustation" menu, offering diners a variety of courses, each paired with individualized wine selections.
Agua:- Agua is a casual dining venue perched on a dramatic bluff overlooking the Sea of Cortez, adjacent to the resort's spectacular new infinity-edge pool. The al fresco, palapa-style restaurant serves what is being dubbed "Mexiterranean" cuisine â€" a unique hybrid of Mediterranean fare with Mexican influences, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
