Opened in 1974, Las Hadas Manzanillo rises out of the surrounding palm trees like a fanciful Spanish castle. The resort's 15-acre grounds encompass two swimming pools, a sandy beach, and several plazas with fountains and palm trees. Several stores are located inside, as well as an activity desk that can arrange everything from eco-tours to shopping trips.

Las Hadas Manzanillo features 234 air-conditioned rooms with white furnishings and marble floors. High ceilings and large Moorish arches set into the walls add extra space. A wide sliding door opens onto a private balcony that overlooks the Hotel gardens and plazas. Rooms are only available in the European Plan, which includes room accommodations only.

The Hotel's 18-hole championship golf course is a par-71 challenge with 15 holes that cross over water, and one surrounded by sand traps. There are also 10 lighted tennis courts, and the Hotel can arrange equipment rentals and clinics. A complimentary shuttle provides access to both facilities.
The Hotel's beachfront location allows a variety of motorized and non-motorized water activities, including kayaking, pedal boating, surf biking, and use of other personal watercraft. Boat tours, sunset cruises, and deep-sea fishing excursions can also be arranged at the Hotel marina; fees may apply.

Legazpi - The Hotel's main restaurant is located on the top floor of the Hotel. Specialties include Italian and other Mediterranean cuisine. The inside dining room is softly lit for quiet ambience, and outdoor terrace seating provides views overlooking the marina.
El Palmar - Next to the main pool, this restaurant features buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Los Delfines - Specialties at this open-air restaurant include grilled fish, ceviche, and steaks—all served with ocean views under a thatched-roof palapa.
El Terral - Open seasonally, this is a popular spot for grilled steaks, fresh seafood, and Mexican specialties.
Coco Loco - The Hotel's swim-up bar is a great place to keep cool with a cocktail or other beverage.
