Directions from the Airport:
Leaving the Airport drive straight until you reach the first set of traffic lights, turn left. Drive straight and you will proceed through another two sets of traffic lights, keep going straight for about another 10 - 15 minutes (maximum).
You will see rather large signage saying 'Queenstown Road' Left Lane (Hillsborough straight ahead). Stay in the left lane and take the Queenstown Road exit. At the end of this off ramp (traffic lights) turn right. Travel downwards to a round-about, go straight through and up the hill (you are now in Pah Road). Keep driving straight and you will proceed through 5 sets of traffic lights ( you are now in Manukau Road).
After going through the 5th set of traffic lights take the first road on your right (Campbell Crescent) which brings you into Market Road. Drive straight, go through three sets of traffic lights and after that Aachen House is 200 metres on your left, drive into the grounds.
Access from Highway One:
From the South - Stay on Highway One until the exit of Market Road appears. (This is after the Greenlane exit). Take this exit then turn right, go through the lights and Aachen House is 200 metres down the road on your left.From the North - Travel through the main city area on the motorway, take the Market Road Exist (This one is after the Gillies Ave exit) then turn left and Aachen House is 100 metres down the road on your left.
There are art galleries, restaurants, cafes, shops, antique galleries within a 10 minute stroll from the hotel which is situated in a very safe area of Auckland.
Buses and trains into the city are within 300 meters of the hotel.

The magnificent Victoria Suite features a traditional four poster California King bed, lounge area, a spacious balcony and a much admired en-suite bathroom with superb walk in shower and separate bath. Burgundy Suite
Burgundy room is indulgently spacious with a California King double bed and a superbly appointed bathroom to match with walk in shower and separate bath. Garden Suite
Garden room is a wonderfully private and tranquil first floor room, featuring a California King double sleigh bed, a superb bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath. Blue & Lilac Rooms
Blue and Lilac rooms are delightfully quiet and the favourite of many of our regular guests.
Lilac room opens to a patio and the hotel gardens and Blue offers a restful bay windowseat overlooking the garden. Both rooms have Super King, hand carved mahogony beds in the French style with large en suite bathrooms with showers.
Rose & Fuschia Rooms
Rose and Fuschia rooms are wonderfully spacious and sunny, are furnished with King size twin beds and either open to an adjoining private patio or verandah overlooking the garden. large en suite bathrooms with showers.
Gardenia Room
This room offers a King size bed and overlooks the garden from the feature bay window. Large en suite bathroom with shower.
